Custom Order Process
If you had a different design or project in mind that was not available in our current made to order designs, we are happy to work with you on a custom order. If the design you had in mind fits our aesthetic, we will come up with a drawing for your approval. We charge approximately 10-15% of the total cost of the project for design time.
We also consult with you which stone color will complement your design or project. See stone colors and sizes available. Once we settle on a design, color, and timeline we will request a deposit of 50% before production begins. Since drawing is a timely process, we do not do custom orders for less than $1,500. If you are not satisfied with the piece upon completion, you can apply your deposit as a credit to another piece.
